This beautiful loft apartment is one of a kind.
From an empty shell I designed the layout with architects to accommodate 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower level with an upstairs Master suite with ensuite bathroom and wetroom with bedroom leading to a mezzanine overlooking the huge double height living area.

Transformation of an awkwardly laid out 3 bedroom terraced house in West London in to a stylish but practical 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home achieving a record sale price in the area.
Notting Hill W11
The refurbishment and repurposing of a 10 bedroom HMO in to 4 stylish, beautifully laid out apartments with oak floors and designer kitchens and bathrooms, we remoulded ornate coving, repaired and replaced original features throughout. Paying attention to new Fire regulations and building regulations for apartments and passing stringent sound testing these properties are renovated to the highest standards.
